    I use (ACT), which is less about modifying your thoughts and more about using acceptance and mindfulness strategies to increase psychological flexibility. I also use a (CBT) approach, which helps you recognize unhelpful patterns and behaviors. Last, (EMDR) is a type of Psychotherapy that aids individuals in their healing journey from complex trauma.
  • Do you offer telehealth?
    We exclusively provide telehealth services at this time and do not offer in-person sessions.
  • What insurance plans do you accept?
    Aetna Cigna and Evernorth Kaiser (Out-of-Network) PacificSource Premera
  • How does billing work if I'm paying out-of-pocket?
    Fees for individual sessions are $100, payable upon completion of each session. Please note, this rate applies to out-of-pocket payments only.
  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
    As part of our policy, we require appointments to be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability for all clients. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur the full session fee. Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.
